- Crazy User or above can upload torrents directly without going through offers section. Peasant or above can add offers.
- An offer becomes approved when supporting votes for it are 15 more than objecting votes.
- Offers will be deleted if not approved 72 hours after added.
- Offers will be deleted if not uploaded 24 hours after being approved.
